Covid-19 Health and Safety Policy
Your health is our top priority, and we have put measures in place to keep all guests safe both during and after your activity.
From the time you arrive on our property – by car in our secure parking area, or by foot or otherwise, the only thing you will have to touch is the boat. As we will be in close proximity when we are on the boat, social distancing of 2M is not possible much of the time. Here is how we plan to make your experience with us as risk-free as possible:
- Stringent Cleaning of contact points on the boat – We disinfect surfaces on public areas of the boat between each charter. Hand sanitizer is available at all times to guests on the boat.
- Social Distancing – While on the boat, guests and the captain will sometimes be in close proximity. During periods when Public Health authorities advise for masks, our staff will wear masks over our noses/mouths when we cannot be physically distanced. We will ask the same for guests.
- Wellness Checks – Our employees self-check for COVID-19 symptoms daily and will report to work only if healthy and symptom-free. If anyone on our staff, or in your party are affected by symptoms suggesting we not sail together on the appointed day, we will work directly with you to cancel or reschedule your tour. We will conduct a brief query with you (arriving guests) to ensure your compliance with current public safety and health-oriented operating guidance.
