To book a charter / Payment terms

You can check availability and make your booking and deposit payment on line  on our Book Your Sailing Experience page.

 

We encourage you to contact us by email or phone if you have any concerns before proceeding with your booking. All bookings must be made in advance. Your charter will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the fee for your booking. The balance is payable prior to or on your charter day.

 

Payment methods

Deposit payments may be made via Paypal and credit card (MasterCard, Visa, AmEx) using our on-line booking system. We cannot process credit card payment by phone, only by using the secure Paypal link. Alternately, you may pay your deposit by electronic bank transfer (Interac in Canada); cheque or bank draft through the mail. Your balance payment is due on sailing day and can be made in cash.

 

We will send you an email to confirm your booking upon receipt of deposit, and remind you of the payment and cancellation deadlines for your charter.

 

Season and Schedule for 2017

Our sailing season runs from mid-June through late September. Charters can be booked for any day of the week. We are always delighted to help you plan a custom one-day, multi-day or multi-port charter. The earlier you book, the better your chance of getting the date(s) you want. Bookings are accepted and confirmed on a first-come/first-served basis.

 

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel your charter for any reason, at any time up until 14 days before your charter date and we will refund 85% of your deposit. If you cancel less than 14 days before your charter date you will forfeit your entire deposit. In the event of severe weather that makes it unwise to sail on your charter day, we will offer you the option of an alternate date - and if this is not possible we will refund all monies you have paid in advance.

 

Last minute arrangements - will do if we can!

While we encourage advance bookings to ensure you get the charter date you prefer, we are always open to last-minute enquiries. If we have the availability, we will be pleased to arrange a full or partial-day sailing charter for you at the last minute. Please don't hesitate to call anytime.
